About Me
The person behind the practice.
Hi, I'm Aditya Kumar
I'm a counseling psychologist who works primarily with young adults (18–35), supporting them through concerns related to anxiety, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and navigating personal goals and identity.
I believe therapy doesn't have to feel stiff or intimidating. I like keeping things real, practical, and human. My approach blends structured tools like CBT, DBT, and SFBT with creative methods like art-based work and somatic approaches, especially for people who struggle to just "sit and talk."
Therapy is about finding simplicity that actually helps. Whether that's a skill, a worksheet, or a quiet moment of reflection.
My Philosophy
I'm particularly interested in helping people understand their patterns, manage emotions better, and build healthier ways of responding rather than reacting.
I aim to provide a blend of structure (so you know where we're going) and creativity (because your experience is unique). My goal is to help you build lasting coping skills and self-awareness.

A Personality Touch
Outside of sessions, I'm usually experimenting with new ideas, building things, or overthinking my own thoughts (occupational hazard). I bring a bit of light humor and a lot of human tone to my work.
And when I'm not doing that, I'm probably busy trying to figure out my cat's latest evil plan. I'm pretty sure she has some long-term agenda against me. I'm just waiting to find out what it is.
