I'm Aditya Kumar...
...a psychologist who believes therapy doesn't have to feel stiff or intimidating. I like keeping things real, practical, and human. My work blends structured approaches like CBT and solution-focused therapy with trauma-informed care, somatic work, and creative methods like art-based techniques.
I'm particularly interested in helping people understand their patterns, manage emotions better, and respond instead of react.
Therapy is not just about talking. It's about actually changing things in your day-to-day life.
My Philosophy
“Therapy doesn't have to feel stiff or intimidating…” this is the core of how I work. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a human one first. If you don't feel safe, seen, and heard as a person, the "techniques" don't matter much.
I aim to provide a blend of structure (so you know where we're going) and creativity (because your experience is unique). My approach is non-clinical in tone but deeply grounded in psychological science.
